Why.
As I continue to look around in the church and out, I see more women leading than men. I see women leading their homes and families in every way. I see young men missing role models. I see men not taking their rightful place, not to lord over, but to set an example worth following.
Mission.
Whether or not we carry a position of pastor, deacon, or overseer, we all have a call to lead our homes well. We want to become the men that lead at home first and then outside. We want to lead with love, understanding, and by example. We want to lead in prayer, worship, and the Word.
Process.
“Man U Factor N” aims to reach all men who are willing to submit to God’s authority. We meet weekly on a call which serves as our space for instruction, accountability, encouragement, and release. We aim to sharpen one another as we lead God’s way.
